1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow approximately 5 to 10 days from the time your order as been placed.

2. Are there any additional costs that will be added to my purchase?

For all purchases the only additional charge will be shipping and sales tax. (South Carolina residents only)

3. How do I order my childs "Works of Art"?

After viewing your childs creativity and "Works of Art", simply follow the instructions provided by eCreate.

eCreate understands the importance of your privacy. All orders and personal information are protected and secured by 128 bit SSL encryption (industry standard. You can feel confident that your order and information can be seen only by eCreate staff members.

Your Account Number in almost all cases will be the name of the school at which you attend.

Due to the volume of orders we receive on a daily basis, it is not possible to change an order once it has been placed.

Your childs "Works of Art" will be stored for as long as each school is using eCreate

8. Can I view my childs "Works of Art" and School logos before ordering?

All logos and individual "Works of Art" are loaded to the eCreate database in reference to the that particular schools. You will always be able to view those images before you order.
